Fallow his step ->

1. 	Create folder and right click on it.

2. 	Now go to customize tab and click on “change icon” 

3. 	Here you have to select blank picture in right side.

4. 	Then click OK.

5. 	Now delete your folder name and only put cursor on field. 

6. 	Now  press  Alt+255 then press enter. 

	Now folder is active but not visible. I am saying unsafe 	because it can be delete by another user.
